Makes: ~20
Ingredients:
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (just peanuts)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cups quick oats
Directions:
- Add oats to a large bowl and set aside.
- Add peanut butter and honey to a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat. Stir frequently, and once the peanut mixture smells fragrant, remove from heat immediately to prevent it from drying out too much.
- Pour peanut mixture over the oats and mix well.
- Roll the dough into balls and chill in the fridge for an hour or in the freezer for 15-20 mins, until firm.
Notes:
Store oat balls in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 4 days, or freeze them for up to 3 months.
